One to One personal training

Whatever your fitness goals, they can be met through the vast array of techniques and resources I have available. Personal Training enables you to exercise in a safe and effective environment. Whether you want to improve your physique, lose a bit of weight, correct a postural problem, improve functional strength for a specific sport, or just improve your general health, we can work together and construct a plan which is right for you.

Health and fitness testing

Health and fitness testing is vital in establishing your current level of fitness. I can then design the most beneficial fitness programme for you. These tests can then be revisited regularly to monitor your progression. The indicators vary and can include BMI body mass index, blood pressure, lung function, body fat, core muscle strength & stability testing, muscular endurance testing, VO2 testing and flexibility testing.

Sport specific training

Want to improve your strength and flexibility for golf? Perhaps you want to work on your speed, agility and quickness for football? Having been an elite athlete for over 20 years I am ideally placed to help you get the performance you want.

Nutritional advice

Depending on your goals and desired results from your training, nutrition can often be the most influential factor in a fitness plan. I can analyse your current eating habits and make suggestions for any substitutions, additions and omissions that I may feel would be of benefit to you in terms of your fitness goals.

Effective, progressive and individualised program design is one of the absolute keys to successful training (and personal training!). I have all the tools, skills and resources needed to bring clients from the initial fitness assessment phase right through to designing and progressing functional training fitness programs of all levels.
