About CraigAfter a professional football career spanning 20 years, I have experienced all aspects of health and fitness and have worked closely with the leading figures in the industry. Football requires aerobic fitness, strength and power, speed, flexibility, agility and effective nutrition and it is through my own experience of striving to improve performance that I have developed a formula of training principles, techniques, programs and nutritional plans that can produce astonishing results in all types of people. Regardless of your current physical fitness level, whether your goal is weight loss, toning up for a wedding or you want to improve strength and power for a sport, I can give you the training, guidance and motivation you need to succeed. 20 years of professional sportCraig Fleming began his professional football career with his hometown club Halifax Town, where he made his debut aged 16. In the summer of 1991 he moved to Oldham Athletic, where he made 192 appearances in three seasons in the top division in the early 1990s. In this period, Manchester United Manager Alex Ferguson described Fleming as "the best man-to-man marker in the country" after playing some memorable games against a young Ryan Giggs. In 1993 he was involved in Oldham Athletic's great escape when they narrowly avoided relegation from the Premier League on goal difference. In 1997, Craig left Boundary Park for Carrow Road, the home of Norwich City. Craig's near 10-year stint at Carrow Road included membership of the club's Hall of Fame during the club's centenary celebrations in 2002. He made a total of 382 appearances for Norwich, 19 as a sub, and scored 13 goals. At one stage he played 101 games in a row and celebrated his testimonial season with a match against Newcastle United at Carrow Road. Craig was a key figure in the Norwich side that won the First Division Championship in the 2003-2004 season and the supporters recognised his outstanding contribution - not just during that season but over several years - by voting him Norwich City player of the year. It is testament to Craig’s commitment to training and fitness techniques that during Norwich's Premiership season, Fleming played every minute of every game, spending the most minutes on the pitch of any top flight player. Craig is proud to be patron of two local charities, “RadioBroadlandKidz ” and “The Matthew Project”. He celebrated his testimonial year by walking over 200 miles in a sponsored “Hike ‘n’ Bike” around Norfolk and north Suffolk. The week-long marathon raised £ 23,326.03 for the two charities.
